The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior technologist and enterprise architect to lead the strategy and delivery of scalable, secure digital and eCommerce platforms. In this role, you'll shape enterprise architecture while driving the design and implementation of complex, business-critical solutions across web, mobile, CRM, and commerce ecosystems.

What You'll Work On

  • Define and own the architecture vision and roadmap for digital and eCommerce platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term sustainability

  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices across solutions and integrations

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex initiatives spanning web, mobile, CRM, marketing, and commerce platforms

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs while balancing strategy with pragmatic delivery

  • Define and implement integration strategies using APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native services

  • Oversee integration across platforms, including Magento and related commerce tools

  • Partner with delivery teams to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across programs

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning technology strategy with business objectives

  • Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

  • Drive CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release processes to enhance delivery speed and quality

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, vendors, and industry trends to keep platforms future-ready

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions in digital and eCommerce environments

  • Proven expertise in solution architecture for eCommerce ecosystems, including commerce flows and payment systems

  • Strong experience implementing commerce tools and platforms in a commerce context

  • Deep knowledge of integration architecture, including MuleSoft and API-led strategies

  • Broad technical background across cloud, web, mobile, and full-stack development

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Experience working in regulated environments and global, matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Magento (headless), and digital experience platforms

  • Knowledge of commerce tools and order management solutions

  • Experience with AWS (including Lambda) and cloud-native architectures

  • Strong understanding of security, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and PCI compliance

  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD)

  • Programming or development background (e.g., Java, Node.js, React, Angular)

  • Experience designing solutions across customer experience, CRM, marketing automation, and content management ecosystems
