Position Summary

The Omnichannel & B2B Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and market share across all US sales channels. Based at our US headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA, this role leads the planning and execution of integrated sales strategies across retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, while building out the companyโ€™s B2B business, including identifying and closing leads for its third-party logistics (3PL) services. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the US consumer market, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesOmnichannel Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel sales strategy aligned with US business objectives
  • Ensure consistency in pricing architecture, promotions, assortment, and brand positioning across all US channels
  • Partner with internal teams to adapt strategies to channel and customer needs whileโ€ฏmaintainingโ€ฏbrand standards
  • Sales Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Own omnichannel sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Drive topline growth and margin optimization through channel mix, pricing, and promotional effectiveness
  • โ€ฏAnalyze performance trends and consumer insights to inform strategic planning and execution
  • โ€ฏIdentifyโ€ฏand launch newโ€ฏmarketplace and distributorโ€ฏchannels
  • Key Account & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with strategic retail partners, distributors, and ecommerce platforms
  • Lead commercial negotiations, joint business planning, and longterm partnership development
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to improve sellthrough and digital execution
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, and Operations teams at headquarters
  • Align inventory, demand forecasting, and fulfillment strategies to support omnichannel availability
  • Partner with marketing teams on product launches, campaigns, and omnichannel activations
  • E-commerce & Digital Channel Leadership

  • Oversee performance of owned ecommerce platforms and thirdparty marketplaces
  • โ€ฏOptimizeโ€ฏdigital shelf presence, content standards, conversion rates, and consumer experience
  • โ€ฏMonitorโ€ฏemerging ecommerce technologies, platforms, and omnichannel best practices
  • Develop and maintain omnichannel reporting dashboards and executivelevel performance summaries
  • Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic recommendations
  • Present regular performance updates to senior leadership
  • B2B Sales Expansion & 3PL Business Development

  • Build out the companyโ€™s B2B sales function, developing the strategy, processes, and account base to grow B2B into a meaningful revenue channel
  • Prospect and develop new B2B accounts through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities
  • Identify, qualify, and close leads to sell the companyโ€™s thirdparty logistics (3PL) services, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product and logistics solutions that align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key accounts to maximize repeat business
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities
  • Qualifications

    Education & Experience
  • โ€ฏBachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience in consumer goods, including both ecommerce and B2B sales
  • โ€ฏDemonstratedโ€ฏexperience managing omnichannel sales across retail, ecommerce, and B2B environments
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multichannel sales environments
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, and sales analytics platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, onsite, headquarters environment
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with major US retail partners and distributors
  • Experience selling logistics, fulfillment, or 3PL services is a strong plus
  • Background in DTC, distributor, andโ€ฏmarketplace business models
  • Familiarity with category management, trade marketing, and pricing strategies
