About the role:

The Ecommerce Analyst will support the day-to-day management, operational execution, and performance tracking of Liquid I.V.'s Amazon business, with additional support across DTC. This role will own key operational workstreams across inventory monitoring, forecasting inputs, digital shelf health, account operations, reporting, and new product launch tracking, primarily within Amazon Seller Central.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring the Amazon business runs efficiently, business risks are surfaced early, and key stakeholders have clear visibility into performance. The Ecommerce Analyst will serve as a cross-functional partner to Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, DTC, and agency partners to help maintain business continuity and support growth across Amazon and DTC.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and ecommerce reporting tools. This role requires hands-on Amazon marketplace expertise first and foremost, with the flexibility to support DTC reporting and analysis as needed. This person should be able to identify risks, connect data to business implications, and clearly communicate updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

Business Performance & Reporting
  • Own weekly Amazon reporting across sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, share, and key business drivers.
  • Monitor daily performance and flag risks, opportunities, and business impacts.
  • Monitor competitive marketplace activity, including pricing, promotions, share shifts, assortment changes, and emerging category trends.
  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting files.
  • Support DTC performance reporting, including site traffic, conversion, and campaign performance, in partnership with the DTC team.
  • Support ad hoc analysis for Amazon and Ecommerce leadership.
Inventory & Forecasting
  • Monitor Amazon inventory, including sellable inventory, weeks of supply, in-stock rates, aged inventory, and out-of-stock risk.
  • Maintain demand forecasting inputs and track actuals versus forecast.
  • Flag inventory constraints, demand shifts, shipment delays, and operational risks.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to resolve issues.
  • Support inventory planning for promotions, launches, and peak selling periods.
Digital Shelf & Marketplace Operations
  • Monitor listing accuracy, content compliance, product availability, Buy Box health, search visibility, ratings, reviews, and account health.
  • Identify digital shelf issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams, agencies, or Amazon partners.
  • Support marketplace enforcement and brand protection monitoring.
Seller Central Operations
  • Manage day-to-day Seller Central tasks, including account health, listing monitoring, catalog updates, case management, and operational issue tracking.
  • Support FBA reconciliation, including missing shipments, lost inventory, incorrect fees, and reimbursement opportunities.
  • Maintain open issue trackers and ensure follow-through to resolution.
Launch & Growth Support
  • Monitor launch performance across sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Support launch recaps, post-launch analysis, promotions, and growth initiatives.
DTC Support
  • Support DTC website performance tracking, including traffic, conversion, and campaign reporting.
  • Assist with DTC promotional calendar tracking and coordination with the Amazon promotional cadence.

Partner with the DTC team to compile recurring performance summaries and flag anomalies for leadership visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of ecommerce, Amazon marketplace, business analyst, inventory analyst, supply chain analyst, or related experience.
  • Amazon Seller Central experience is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate business implications.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience managing reporting cadences, trackers, and multiple workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Retail Media, and agency partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Experience with ecommerce analytics, BI tools, Amazon reporting tools, or digital shelf platforms preferred - Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Helium 10, Stackline, Pacvue, CommerceIQ, Profitero, or similar tools.
  • Amazon FBA operations, Buy Box monitoring, account health, catalog management, or listing compliance.
  • Demand planning, inventory planning, or forecast tracking.
  • Fast-paced ecommerce or CPG experience.

The compensation band for this position is $75,700 - $95,000 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
