Job description

E-commerce Administrator
Work Specifications – Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for food safety and quality
  • Handle inbound and outbound packages
  • Process invoices- scanned out of inventory
  • Packing individual orders and printing out shipping labels
  • Work with shipping software (ex. Shipstation and FedEx)
  • Communicate with Operations and other internal departments as required to fulfill customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with Elmhurst customer service on problem orders with resolutions
  • Work with the Warehouse department to ensure fulfillment of orders
  • Log inventory into Inventory tracking system (ex. Shopify)
  • Make sure inventory stock is maintained
  • Marketing sample order fulfillment
  • Weekly and monthly inventory counts of product and materials
  • Amazon weekly stickering
    • 15-20 pallets per week- sticker cases and repalletize
  • All other duties as assigned
Education/Prerequisite Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Equipment/Training Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical ability to solve problems efficiently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage time and is self-motivated
  • Experienced computer and internet research abilities.
  • Reliable and dependable, ability to work as a team player
  • Logistics/Shipping software experience preferred
