The Call Center Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families within a busy medical clinic environment. They will manage a medium volume of calls daily while utilizing the eClinicalWorks software to accurately document and address patient needs. This role requires strong multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to provide efficient, empathetic service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately document patient phone calls using eClinicalWorks
  • Enter and maintain patient data and records efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
  • Resolve patient inquiries and problems promptly
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure timely follow-up on patient requests and concerns
