Job description

Job Title: eClinicalWorks (ECW) Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eClinicalWorks (ECW) Analyst to support and enhance our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The ECW Analyst will be responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, workflow optimization, reporting, and ensuring system integrity to meet organizational and clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and support the eClinicalWorks (ECW) system, including EHR, PM, Patient Portal, Healow apps, and ancillary modules.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff, administrative teams, and IT to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
  • Provide end-user support through troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and usability.
  • Build and customize templates, forms, clinical decision support tools, and reports.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of new ECW versions and features.
  • Generate and maintain operational, clinical, and regulatory reports using eBO (eClinicalWorks Business Optimizer) or other reporting tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security compliance (e.g., HIPAA standards).
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party integrators as necessary for system enhancements or problem resolution.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and deliver training sessions to new and existing users.
