Sr. MDM Architect

Location: Windsor, CT (100% remote is also fine but we need candidate from EST Time Zone)

MDM Architect

Proven experience in defining and designing enterprise-level data architecture frameworks that support master data management, data governance, and analytics platforms across the organization.

Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of enterprise MDM concepts, including entity modeling, golden record creation, hierarchy management, and data mastering strategies.

Proven experience leading enterprise MDM implementations, using both commercial MDM platforms and custom-built MDM solutions.

Hands-on experience establishing data governance frameworks, including definition of data ownership, stewardship processes, policy enforcement, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing enterprise data quality strategies, including validation rules, monitoring frameworks, and data quality scoring models.

Proven experience defining metadata management and data lineage frameworks, ensuring auditability, transparency, and traceability of enterprise data flows.

Strong experience designing data models that support complex hierarchical and relationship structures, particularly across enterprise master data domains such as customer, product, and organization hierarchies.

Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, engineers, and governance teams to translate business requirements into scalable enterprise data architecture.

Experience working with modern cloud data platforms and architectures, with familiarity or hands-on exposure to Snowflake considered a strong advantage.
