Job description

Position: Aconex Administrator

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ months Long Term Contract

 

Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Aconex Administrator to manage and support Aconex platforms across global projects. The role involves handling user requests, system configuration, troubleshooting, data model management, and coordination with internal stakeholders and Oracle support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily Aconex support (user queries, issue resolution, troubleshooting)
  • Manage user access, roles, and project configurations
  • Monitor and follow up on Aconex service requests with Oracle
  • Support project migration, retrofit, and data model compliance
  • Conduct feature testing, enhancements, and system validations
  • Generate monthly reports and system updates
  • Support API/OAuth integrations and technical clarifications
  • Coordinate training sessions and stakeholder support
  • Ensure compliance with access reviews, data privacy, and governance

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex
  • Strong knowledge of document control / information management
