You will be responsible for managing your own schedule to ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care, while maintaining comprehensive case records that meet program requirements.

Cultural sensitivity and adaptability are essential, as you will address the unique barriers and needs specific to each client group.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Masterโ€™s Degree in a relevant field is required, along with an active clinical license in California. Licenses accepted include LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or other applicable licensures.
  • Professional License: Candidates must hold one of the specified licenses without a requirement for supervision.
  • Attendance: Consistent attendance is crucial, and you will be expected to maintain acceptable attendance levels as determined by the organization.
Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, particularly working with vulnerable populations. Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
