About the Role:
Join African Community Services as an Office Administrator in Minneapolis, MN, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission to empower and uplift the community. Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and clients.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage document preparation.
  • Assist with financial record-keeping and budget tracking.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, with professionalism.
  • Support program staff with logistical arrangements for events and activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases for client information.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
