Overview
Our client is looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) supporting the Enterprise Architecture and Platforms (EAP) domain. EAP provides the architecture, platforms, innovations, and initiatives that enable our customers and the business to have agility, fast time-to-market, systemic "-ilities" and cost effectiveness they need to be successful through and ecosystem of composable platforms.
In this role, you will own product strategy and roadmaps for foundation platforms that are available at global scale. This role is driven by defining strategic priorities and laying out a product vision. You will be responsible for transforming vision into actions and create measurable product plans. You should have business and technical acumen in the area of product innovation, architecture, design and development.
As a TPM leader you will focus on driving excellence in product and platform strategy & execution and will work in close collaboration with various teams within Global Technology (key functional teams across the business (GOT, Marketplace). TPM Leaders require experience crafting creative, quality technical products, as well as enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology.
Who will you work with:
You will work closely with Architecture, Program, and our Customer Experience organization, collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., other TPM's, Business leads, Domain leads, HR/Finance), and facilitate decision-making across priorities with Portfolio Management.
What will you work on:
  • Lead the creation of a product/platform vision and multi-yearroadmap for Customer Experience deliver in partnership with engineers,designers and the business
  • Collaborate with all partners to understand Business needs, outcomesand value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs
  • Utilizing a "customer-centric" mentality in craftingroadmaps and building products/platforms that both meet current and futureenterprise needs
  • Bringing outstanding market and industry insights to platform andproduct strategy
  • Use a value framework to make product and platform decisions.
  • Engage with customers via surveys, workshops, forums, and othermeans to collect insights, requirements, and feedback on EAP userexperiences.
  • Drive adherence to all standard TPM ways of working (e.g., process,artifacts, templates, collaboration models)
  • Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and executionagainst the end to end roadmap and adjusting roadmaps as necessary

Requirements
We're skilled in product management, analytics, a structured problem solver and have excellent interpersonal skills. You're comfortable conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and analytics. Additionally, you should be a skilled communicator with experience forming alliances and bringing together multiple partners to execute on a common mission.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems oranother relevant field, or relevant professional experience in lieu of adegree
  • Experience with UX/UI design and delivery including personas,journey maps, interaction design, and a working knowledge of web UItechnology.
  • Experience delivering service consoles, dashboards, and informationportals.
  • Strong Analytical and Data Visualization Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills toeffectively connect with both business and technical IT teams
  • Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamicenvironment
  • Validated ability to adapt to new technologies and tools, changingneeds, processes, and ambiguity
  • Solid understanding of Design Thinking Concepts and DesignLeadership

Pay Rate: $90 to $80 per hour
