Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a manageable caseload while establishing rapport and fostering positive working relationships with clients, adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stabilize emotional health, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans that respect the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain progress notes to track developments and treatment effectiveness in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's history and needs, facilitating the creation of effective treatment plans.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices and personal professional development.
  • Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The counselor will provide services to a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment issues. The counselor will play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment strategies that foster healing, resilience, and overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
  • Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentials.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating competence in case management and therapeutic practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Proven expertise in providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
  • Demonstrated skill in conducting thorough intake assessments and formulating treatment goals based on client needs.
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic documentation systems and standard software applications, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and Outlook.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
