Job Description

Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, and oral health assessments.
Take and develop dental X-rays.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records using Eaglesoft software.
Assist dentists with examinations and provide chairside support as needed.
Screen patients for oral diseases and conditions, referring them to dentists when necessary.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
Build strong patient relationships by providing compassionate, personalized care.

Salary Range

Full-time $32 - $40 per hour

Requirements

  • Infection Control License
  • Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Michigan dental hygienist license.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (new graduates welcome!).
Proficiency with Eaglesoft or willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards.
