If so, we are searching for you for our front desk. We are looking for a friendly, confident, professional team player that is self-motivated and diligent; one that pays attention to detail.
As a Dental Receptionist you will be a vital member of our dental team, the first contact for patients on the phone and in the office. The receptionist must display dependability, punctuality, and good communication and customer service skills. Some responsibilities include greeting patients, answering the phone, scheduling in an effective and efficient manner, verifying insurance eligibility, claims processing, treatment presentation, collection of fees, etc. A knowledge of Eaglesoft and insurance is helpful, but not required.
