Description:

The Law Offices of Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman, PA is now hiring a Receptionist / File Clerk to assist an active personal injury law firm helping injured clients at its office in Baltimore, Maryland.


Duties would include:


-Answering calls on multi-line phone system and directing them to the appropriate individual / department;

-Providing friendly service to callers;

-Filing documents into alphabetically organized files and computer directories;

-Copying and scanning documents;

-Greeting and saying farewell to clients; and

-Delivering files and papers between different parts of the office.


Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman, PA is an established client-focused Plaintiff's personal injury practice in the wonderful historic Bolton Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland near the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, the Lyric Opera House, State Center, and the Fifth Regiment Armory.


Hourly rate would be between $20-25 per hour. Full benefits package available. Applicant should have time management skills, ability to cross train and multi-task and be able to handle filing for multiple staff members, meeting/speaking with new clients, efficiently answer phones, along with additional secretarial tasks as needed.


Requirements:

-Ability to empathize with injured clients;

-Skills with Microsoft Office programs like Word and Teams;

-Typing skills; and

-Upbeat & cheerful personality.
