Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman, PA hiring a paralegal or legal assistant to help its worker's compensation practice dedicated to helping Claimants get fair compensation for injuries they sustained on the job. Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman, PA is an established client-focused personal injury practice in the historic Bolton Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland near the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, the Lyric Opera House, State Center, and the Fifth Regiment Armory. The firm has been in business handling worker's compensation claims for almost 50 years and we are looking for new talent to help us handle our growing caseload.


The ideal candidate will have experience with CompHub, MDEC E-Filing, completing worker's compensation client intakes, filing worker's compensation claim forms, coordinating independent examinations, filing issues, filing appeals, preparing and filing exhibits for hearings at the worker's compensation commission and providing updates to clients on the status of their claims. Experience helping injured Claimants and Plaintiffs is a plus.


Pay being offered is $42,000-70,000+ depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include Health, Dental, Life, 401k, PTO, paid holidays and free parking.
