Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling plaintiff-side medical malpractice cases from intake through trial preparation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex cases in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of medical malpractice and nursing home cases through litigation.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Organize and review medical records, expert reports, and case evidence.
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and attorneys throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate case files and meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience handling plaintiff-side medical malpractice cases through HCADRO through trial.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and litigation procedures.
  • Proficiency in case management and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
