Sardina Dental Group is looking for an outstanding Front Desk Team Member who is friendly, dependable, and passionate about patient care. We are a growing multi-doctor dental practice located in a beautifully restored farmhouse with a loyal patient base, modern technology, and a supportive team atmosphere.

Schedule
  • Full-Time Position
  • Shifts vary between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM
  • No nights or weekends
Responsibilities
  • Open the office on designated morning shifts at 6:30 AM
  • Greet and check patients in using EagleSoft software
  • Verify insurance benefits and review patient financial responsibilities
  • Collect patient payments and assist with checkout
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally
  • Schedule patients efficiently using schedule templates
  • Help maintain a productive and organized schedule
  • Complete closing responsibilities on assigned shifts
  • Deliver excellent customer service and patient care every day
Qualifications
  • Prior dental front desk experience highly preferred
  • EagleSoft experience preferred
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
