Job description

We are currently hiring hourly caregivers for any shift in Palmer and Eagle River. Applicants must be based in Alaska. We do not provide relocation, housing, or travel assistance.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team and provide quality in-home care in Palmer and Eagle River. Flexible shifts are available, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting seniors and adults with disabilities.

Pay Rate: Based on experience and certifications
Responsibilities:

  • Light housekeeping

  • Meal preparation

  • Providing transportation (accompanying to appointments or handling errands)

  • Respite Care

  • Offering companionship

  • Assisting with dressing and grooming

  • Supporting with showers and bathing

  • Providing personal care

  • Assisting with toileting or peri/incontinent care.

  • Flexible Schedules
    Requirements:

    • Previous caregiving experience preferred (overnight experience is a plus)

    • Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

    • Strong communication and observation skills

    • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
