We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our ERP system (Infor CloudSuite) and related business applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations and technology, ensuring our systems support organizational goals and drive efficiency.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our ERP system (Infor CloudSuite) and related business applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations and technology, ensuring our systems support organizational goals and drive efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, design, and maintain business information systems to support operational needs.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and rollout of new systems and technologies.
  • Develop a masterful understanding of how our external systems integrate to our ERP to support the business.
  • Administer and support the company’s ERP system (Infor CloudSuite), including:
  • Providing day-to-day operational support for departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, Accounting, Service, and Rental.
  • Managing and optimizing system transaction flows (e.g., Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Warehouse Transfers).
  • Identifying and implementing system improvements in collaboration with IT leadership and department managers.
  • Training new and existing users across all departments.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Use AI tools to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide first-level support for integrated systems (Shipping, Document Management, Reporting, CRM, Website, etc.).
  • Work closely with other members of the IT team and department managers to meet the needs of the business.
  • Evaluate training needs and develop or enhance training programs accordingly.
  • Create and customize reports using business analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data, including sales and personnel information.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies in the execution of job duties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor CloudSuite.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to train users and document technical processes clearly.
  • Experience with reporting tools and business analytics is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward system improvements.
Level of Education and Experience:
  • Experience on Infor CloudSuite or other ERP system is strongly desired.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in business, information systems, or similar field is desired.
  • Experience in a project management role is desired.
  • Working experience in a manufacturing or distribution industry is preferred.
