Commercial HVAC Service Technician
e2o Mechanical LLC – Phoenix, AZ

Join a Growing Commercial HVAC Company with Year-Round Work

e2o Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you're tired of seasonal slowdowns and want a stable career with a company that values your expertise, we want to talk with you.

Unlike many HVAC contractors, e2o Mechanical provides year-round work through our partnership with e2o Energy Group, performing Advanced Rooftop Controls (ARC) installations, energy efficiency upgrades, HVAC service, maintenance, and retrofit projects throughout Arizona.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
  • Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, heat pumps, and control systems
  • Install and commission Advanced Rooftop Controls (ARC) systems
  • Repair and optimize economizers, VFDs, and EMS control systems
  • Complete startup, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel
  • Maintain accurate service documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with rooftop units and commercial HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of economizers, controls, EMS systems, and VFDs is a plus
  • EPA Certification required
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
