Responsibilities:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain account information in CRM system including logging all calls.
- Support remote territory sales team within the region for sales and administrative functions.
- Provide seasonal sales data and forecasting for sourcing team for the region to meet market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on customer needs, product feedback, and efforts around going to market.
