Job description

Responsibilities:

As a Learning Operations Specialist, responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Guarantee, within his/her scope of responsibility, the effective and timely implementation of the learning initiatives designed by the LBP
  • Support need analysis and collection of individual requests (e.g. related to PDI)
  • Organize and coordinate training delivery (e-learning, virtual classes, ILT, etc.), by meeting the global standards/guidelines in terms of processes, technologies and tools to be used (learning ecosystem, authoring tools, planning tools, e-signature, etc.)
  • Guarantee that all training data are constantly updated into the common system
  • Collect and provide data related to the agreed learning KPIs (satisfaction, hours delivered,..)
  • Guarantee compliance of delivered training with local and global rules (e.g., EHS, Funding, synergies, learning policies,...).
  • Collect needs in his/her scope of responsibility and share with the LBPs
  • Organize the training defined by the LBPs of reference (from convocations to the evaluation of effectiveness) in his/her own scope of responsibility
  • Organize training (e.g. mandatory, technical certifications, technological updates in the plants), using tools (e.g. Company's Learning Hub) provided, in coordination with the LBP of reference.
  • Provide timely data/reporting required for preparation of funded plans (where applicable) and social commitments (including Unions, Sustainability Report,...), monitoring and any audits/certifications.
  • Report to the appropriate RTM any critical issues, problems or proposals to be submitted to the learning communities.
  • Work with purchasing to coordinate supplier bid process
  • Work with suppliers for training programs
  • Create presentations for management program updates
  • Manage the learning management system (courses, reporting, rosters)- CSOD experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Presentation experience using PowerPoint


Requirements:

  • CSOD (Cornerstone) experience- 3+ years
  • LMS ownership experience
  • Strong project management skills (organization, follow-up, timelines)
  • Training coordination/learning operations experience
  • Ability to manage multiple training sessions/logistics simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Onsite 5 days/week
