Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What's in it for you:
Be a part of Trane University's development, planning, and delivery of asynchronous eLearning, instructor-led virtual and in-person technical service training programs on a variety of Trane commercial products as well as some fundamental HVAC training for Trane Commercial HVAC Americas. The target audience is Customers, Contractors and Trane Service Technicians. This role will provide functional leadership for the instructional team located at our La Crosse, WI training center in partnership with Davidson and White Bear Lake Training centers. This role requires extensive collaboration with leadership, stakeholders, and colleagues to meet business training needs. They will analyze learning needs and partner with subject matter experts, as necessary, to provide input for delivery of course content as well as plan and coordinate skill assessments and training. This role will have a larger focus on Trane's Chiller products.

What will you do:

  • Contribute to the Technical Service training programs development and delivery at the La Crosse training center, regional Trane Commercial Sales Offices (CSO), and at various customer locations within Commercial HVAC Americas.
  • Development of technical training courses using instructional systems design methodologies throughout the course design life cycle.
  • Evaluation and update appointed training courses.
  • Contribute to eLearning development acting as a content Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate with engineering in new product development activities.
  • Potential of 25-30% travel at certain times of the year can be required in support of customer, corporate, and field office training events,.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 6 years work experience in the commercial HVAC field. Traneequipment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial HVAC systems.
  • Strong understanding/SME of Trane Chiller products is preferred
  • Associates or HVAC vocational degree or equivalent HVAC training program completion preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is preferred but not required.
  • Training/development experience is preferred.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$62,000.00 - $129,400.00
