Web Developer
Location: Chantilly, VA
Type: Full-Time/Direct Hire
Location: Onsite
Clearance: TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph

The Web Developer will be responsible for designing and developing media elements and interactions to support clear communication, learner interaction, and assessment related to adult learning solutions. This includes creating graphics, websites, web tools, online courses, Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), and other artifacts to support online, blended, and face-to-face training.

Scope of Work:

1. Design, develop, and produce media elements and interactions for adult learning solutions.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Use Joomla site design and site administration.
4. Develop WBTs, online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions.
5. Use Adobe Creative Suite and other similar software products.
6. Utilize Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML.
7. Use MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, and MS Word.
8. Solve complex application development problems.
9. Provide advice and recommendations on product design.
10. Use Adobe Captivate.
11. Design, build, and maintain websites.
12. Create print products such as posters, books, and presentation materials.
13. Use content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, animation, videography, photography, and audio recording, editing, and distribution.
14. Use JIRA or another IT ticket or work tracking system.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

1. Demonstrated experience working in a training environment.

9. Demonstrated experience with MS Word.
10. Demonstrated experience solving complex application development problems.
11. Demonstrated experience providing advice and recommendations on product design.
12. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Captivate.
