About the Role:
U2U LAW PC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
  • Manage and organize case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel on case matters
  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including exhibit organization and deposition summaries
  • File documents with state and federal courts, including e-filing
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegal staff and legal assistants
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm setting
  • Paralegal certificate or degree from an ABA-approved program preferred
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
  • Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
