Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong Ecommerce delivery experience across product catalog, search, merchandising, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, order management, personalization, and payment integrations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Agile/Scrum, release planning, project governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Oversee AI and GenAI initiatives such as AI-powered Delivery.
  • Experience in managing delivery for ecommerce Development projects using ReactJS, Angular, Next.js, APIs, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps delivery environments.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead Ecommerce and digital transformation programs from initiation through production deployment.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, delivery governance, and executive status reporting.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Partner with business, product, architecture, engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and AI/ML teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver scalable customer-facing web solutions.
  • Oversee AI and GenAI initiatives such as AI-powered support, intelligent search, recommendation engines, document processing, automation, and predictive analytics. Ensure delivery quality, security compliance, SLA/KPI tracking, productivity improvement, and business benefits realization.
