Job Title: Senior Technical Product Owner (TPO) – Optimizely CMS

Location : Nashville, TN, locals only
 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner (TPO) with strong experience in any CMS and eCommerce platforms. This role requires a domain specialist who can translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, drive feature development, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals
  2. Gather and translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and detailed documentation
  3. Own and manage the product backlog and sprint planning
  4. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
  5. Drive delivery across CMS and eCommerce capabilities (content, catalog, checkout, orders etc.)
  6. Ensure high-quality releases with clear acceptance criteria and minimal rework
  7. Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
  8. Collaborate with UX, engineering, and business teams for end-to-end delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. 8–10 years of experience in: Product Ownership / Business Analysis / TPO roles  and CMS & eCommerce driven projects
  2. Strong hands-on experience with any CMS & eCommerce products
  3. Familiarity with:
    1. .NET Core ecosystem (preferred)
    2. APIs and integrations
