Job description

About this position About Naterra International

Naterra International is a Coppell, TX based sales and marketing company with an established portfolio of products including but not limited to HBC, Baby Care, and Personal Care categories. Working at Naterra you will get the opportunity to work in a diverse environment with a team that is committed to manufacturing personal care products of the highest quality. At Naterra we believe that everyone deserves self-care without compromise.

About the role

Do you have experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and feel up for a new challenge and an opportunity to advance your career? At Naterra our core values are Candor, Teamwork, and Innovation, and we expect team members to bring these skills to the work that they do. If you have a strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and are an excellent communicator, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking an eCommerce Business Manager to bridge the gap between coordination and account management while owning the customer experience across our digital shelf. This role blends day-to-day e-commerce operations, analytical insight, and account support with hands‑on ownership of content quality, catalog accuracy, and conversion performance across key retail channels including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Ulta, Kroger, and others.

You will contribute to sales growth by owning key operational elements, improving online presence, and supporting promotional strategies, while also serving as the operational backbone of Naterra's digital shelf performance — driving content completeness, PDP quality, and conversion readiness. This is not a content creation position; rather, it is a role dedicated to managing content workflows, optimizing digital assets, and influencing content improvements that support sales growth. It is a growth role designed for someone ready to move beyond coordination into partial account ownership and strategy execution.

What you'll do Account Support & Business Analysis
  • Conduct ongoing business analysis, including weekly sales reporting, trend identification, and promotional performance measurement; provide actionable insights to eComm Team.
  • Develop and execute promotional and marketing tactics in partnership with eComm Team, evaluating ROI and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations on product mix, pricing, and promotional tactics based on performance analysis.
  • Participate in customer meetings, supporting eComm Team with data‑driven insights and contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Assist in forecasting and sales demand, ensuring alignment with business planning cycles.
  • Monitor and track trade spend allocations and promotional budgets to ensure efficiency.
Digital Shelf & Content Management
  • Manage product catalog accuracy and content optimization (SEO, images, product descriptions) to drive online conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor, audit, and analyze digital shelf KPIs (content accuracy, attribute completeness, conversion readiness, and ratings/reviews); translate insights into actionable PDP enhancements, A/B testing recommendations, and CX optimizations.
  • Populate and manage product data, imagery, and video within syndication tools (e.g., Syndigo/1WorldSync, Salsify) and execute direct syndication to retailer platforms, maintaining clear data governance.
  • Oversee review management platforms (Bazaarvoice and vendor portals) to track and leverage customer feedback.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Launch Execution
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of online initiatives.
  • Develop and support cross‑functional execution of new product launches across retailer and marketplace channels, helping build launch frameworks and readiness dashboards that shorten cycle times.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational issue resolution with retailer partners, escalating complex matters to the management as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital shelf management, or CPG‑related roles (e.g., sales support, category management, demand planning, digital merchandising, or digital retail operations).
  • Hands‑on experience with digital retail account platforms (Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Luminate/Item360, Target Partner Online, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PIM/DAM systems and content syndication platforms (e.g., Syndigo/1WorldSync, Salsify) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical experience and curiosity, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple workflows simultaneously, and take initiative in a confident, professional manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard skills (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of e-commerce trends and digital marketing fundamentals.
