About the Role

We are seeking an E-Commerce Store Manager to lead the daily operations, optimization, and presentation of our digital storefront on Shopify. This role oversees the management of 800+ SKUs, ensuring every product is merchandised strategically, and every customer enjoys a smooth, efficient, and inspiring shopping experiencefrom homepage to checkout.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, skilled in operations and UI/UX, and has proven experience running high-volume e-commerce stores. This position requires a passion for data-driven decision-making, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing e-commerce storefronts, preferably on Shopify.
  • Demonstrated success managing large product catalogs (800+ SKUs) with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with digital merchandising, site navigation strategy, and online product presentation.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and e-commerce CRO principles.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all merchandising across the Shopify store, ensuring clear product categorization, intuitive navigation, and up-to-date collections.
  • Maintain and optimize the management of 800+ SKUs, ensuring product data accuracy, variant clarity, and inventory integrity.
  • Create and implement a plan and process for keeping the e-commerce storefront up-to-date.
  • Ensure a visually compelling, on-brand, and conversion-optimized presentation of all product pages.
  • Optimize storefront UI/UX to improve discoverability, reduce friction, and guide customers seamlessly through the shopping journey.
  • Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives using A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics, and user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and homepage refreshes.
  • Monitor site performance, user behavior, and key e-commerce KPIs, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Shopify-related issues and app conflicts quickly and accurately.
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce best practices, LLM impact on e-commerce, Shopify updates, merchandising strategies, and emerging digital trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
