Do you want to define the future of digital sales for millions of customers? Spectrum is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Sales Architecture Services to drive the architecture vision for our Cable and Mobile digital sales platforms. This pivotal position bridges business goals and technology, ensuring our digital solutions support revenue growth, operational efficiency and seamless customer experiences across every digital touchpoint. Your leadership will set the pace for modernization and innovation.

This role can be located in Stamford CT, St Louis MO or Greenwood Village CO.

This posting has been extended in CO, beyond it's anticipated closing date of 5/22.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Define and execute the architectural vision and roadmap for Cable and Mobile digital sales platforms
  • Establish architecture standards and governance to drive scalability, resilience and rapid delivery
  • Guide solution design across web, mobile, APIs, integrations and enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align architecture with business strategy and investments
  • Lead modernization to reduce technical debt and enhance platform agility
  • Ensure secure, high-performing and reliable digital customer journeys
  • Mentor and develop architecture teams, balancing immediate needs with long-term sustainability

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field

Experience

  • 12+ years in software, solution, enterprise or digital commerce architecture
  • 5+ years leading architects or senior technical teams
  • 7+ years defining architecture strategy for large-scale digital or eCommerce platforms
  • 7+ years integrating web, mobile, APIs and enterprise systems
  • 7+ years leading modernization or large technology initiatives

Skills 

  • Expertise in strategy and roadmap development for digital platforms
  • Digital commerce and customer-facing architecture knowledge
  • API-first, cloud-native and microservices system design skills
  • Telecom and cable systems integration experience, including OSS/BSS
  • Executive stakeholder communication and influence
  • Leadership in technology modernization and governance
  • Ability to translate business goals into scalable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or related fields

Experience

  • 7+ years in digital Cable and Mobile eCommerce platform architecture
  • 7+ years OSS/BSS integration
  • 5+ years simplifying legacy platforms and reducing technical debt
  • 5+ years in telecom, cable or related industries (preferred)
