Key Responsibilities:  
  • Communicate succinctly with consultants and customers to understand client concerns and desired outcomes 
  • Work with other JourneyTeam practices (CRM, BI, Cloud, etc.) to integrate Business Central with other solutions that JourneyTeam is building 
  • Develop architectural recommendations that meet client requirements while minimizing the likelihood of system disruption during system upgrades 
  • Develop technical specifications supporting the recommendations  
  • Contribute to test plan creation to validate viability of proposed solutions 
  • Write reports using SSRS/Report Builder, and Word XML Editor  
  • Assist with system administration and configuration  
  • Innovate and invite a "best-practice" culture in method, tools, and approach for project work and solutions for the company 
Qualifications:  
  • Experience creating client solutions using an extension model for cloud-based solutions.
  • Demonstration of strong alignment with JourneyTeam values.
  • 5-15 years technical expertise in developing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central.    
  • 5-15 years technical experience integrating multiple Cloud solutions together.
  • Familiarity with core business processes such as accounting, distribution, or manufacturing.    
  • Familiarity with multiple ISV applications in the Accounting and Warehousing modules of NAV/Business Central.
  • Experience with data conversion.
  • Skill with .Net, MS SQL, SSRS preferred.    
  • Demonstrate ability to model complex business process and troubleshoot issues.    
  • Experience with multiple integration technologies such as:  
    • KingswaySoft/SSIS  
    • Dataverse  
    • PowerApps/LogicApps/FunctionApps  
    • Datafactory 
    • API experience (in any form a plus)  
    • Scribe/Tibco  
    • E1SmartConnect  
  • Knowledge in DevOps, GitHub, VisualStudio, developing in multi-developer environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 
  • Knowledge of common e-commerce packages, their function, and integration capabilities 
  • Practice writing integrations with 3PL providers 
  • Experience with Power BI and Data Warehousing 
  • Knowledge of D365 Finance and Supply Chain would be a plus 
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies  
  • Understand general software development methodology  
  • Participation on software project(s) with a team of 5 or more  
Compensation: 

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 + performance based bonus program. Eligibility and payout are tied to individual contributions, team performance, and overall company success.

This is the established pay range for the Developer role within the ERP Practice at JourneyTeam.
