Location: Irving, TX

Duration: 12 – 18 months contract

Job Description:

· Solid Microsoft platform Softwareor IT experience, minimum of 10 years of professional experience within aconsultancy environment

· 8+ years of experience as either atechnical lead, technical architect or solution architect with Dynamics 365

· At least 5 end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365

· Knowledge and experience ofEnterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns

· Knowledge of UML, BPMN andArchiMate desirable

· Exposure to Visual Studio TeamServices or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools

· Able to manage or lead multiplelarge projects (6-24 months) with advanced organizational skills

· Up-to-date understanding ofbusiness processes, issues, and technology especially related to the operationof a sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organization

· Excellent verbal and writtencommunication

· Professional demeanor

· Feels comfortable talking withclients at all levels of within an organization.

· Ability to act as a functionallead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well asfunctional capabilities. Leads functional workshops with customers, documentsrequirements and designs appropriate solutions.

· Ability to act as an interface/integrationlead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as technicalcapabilities. Leads integration workshops with customers, documentsrequirements and designs appropriate solutions.

· Ability to act as data migrationlead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as technicalcapabilities. Leads data migration workshops with customers, documentsrequirements and designs appropriate solutions.

· Act as development lead and ableto demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Be a strong advocate foradherence to standards and best practice. Understand the capabilities of thedevelopment team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support andassistance when needed.

· Work with customer and internal teamson infrastructure architecture where required

· Provide required technical supportto our customers during Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementationsworking with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Architects on hybridprojects

· Write and review high level anddetailed architecture documentation

· Create Solution, Functional andTechnical Specifications documentation for the project

· Design, develop, review and testcustomized code for Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement

· Stay current on Dynamics 365 forCustomer Engagement and related technologies, particularly Azure stacktechnologies that support the solution

· Mentor junior staff, sharingknowledge and experience to ensure that the team grows in experience andeffectiveness

· Expected to be flexible with timeand capable of working in a process-oriented environment

· Excellent communicator withability to operate within cross functional teams

· Advise customers on best practicesfor CRM processes, user interface, and architecture

· Work with the training team todeliver and create super users and end users training, as needed

· Work effectively with the salesteam on delivering tender response documents, estimates and customerdemonstrations

· Ability to code and carry outDynamics 365 development and programming related to

· SQL Integration Services

· SQL Reporting Services

· PowerBI

· SDK and/or Developers Toolkit
