This full-time role is based onsite within our modern rehabilitation facility in Clifton. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients upon initial visits to accurately assess their physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, setting measurable goals for recovery.
• Utilize advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation, to aid in pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Educate patients and their families on effective body mechanics, appropriate exercises, and self-care techniques to prevent future injuries.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, based on evidence-based practice, to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes within electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

From postoperative patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries to those dealing with chronic conditions such as arthritis or sports injuries, our team specializes in treating a wide array of conditions. • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is highly desirable.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in a variety of physical therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.

• A minimum of one year working in a physical therapy setting, with experience in evaluating and treating individuals with various injuries and conditions.
