We are seeking a motivated and friendly Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, is detail-oriented, and wants to be part of a wellness-focused environment.
The Chiropractic Assistant plays an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting both practitioners and patients, and contributing to a positive, efficient clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally
Assist with patient intake, appointment scheduling, and check-outs
Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms after each visit
Support chiropractors with basic administrative tasks
Manage patient flow to ensure appointments run on time
Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Light clerical duties including data entry into our electronic health records (EHR) system
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service
Basic computer skills; familiarity with EHR systems is a plus
Prior experience in a chiropractic office, medical office, or customer service role is helpful but not required
