Dynamic Wellness Rehabilitation is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team in Pueblo, Colorado. This full-time, onsite role involves delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in our outpatient office. Work Environment

The work environment at Dynamic Wellness Rehabilitation is both dynamic and supportive, encouraging personal and professional development. Our outpatient facility is designed to be welcoming and accessible, equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment. Physical Therapists work within a collaborative team, offering joint expertise to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and designing tailored rehabilitation programs based on individual needs.
• Implementing hands-on treatments and therapeutic exercises, utilizing modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and therapeutic ultrasound to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Providing education on ergonomic practices, body mechanics, and injury prevention to empower patients in their health journey.
• Tracking and documenting patients' progress conscientiously to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal recovery pathways.
• Actively collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to establish a cohesive treatment plan that addresses all aspects of patient care.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records, documenting interventions, outcomes, and any adjustments to treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses a wide range of individuals struggling with injuries or conditions that affect their mobility and overall well-being. Common issues include back and neck pain, arthritis-related joint pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance disorders. We focus on developing solutions that are not only effective but also align with our patients' personal goals for recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, demonstrating proficiency in evaluating and treating diverse physical conditions.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing effective engagement with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.

Preferred Experience

• At least five years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, with a demonstrated history of success in patient recovery.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and use of various modalities for pain management and rehabilitation.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with reporting software for tracking patient outcomes.
