Your day as a Customer Experience Advisor
As a Full-Time Customer Experience Advisor at Fox Motors, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer interactions. You will answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments while confidently recommending and promoting services tailored to customer needs. Coordinating the Concierge/Valet service will showcase your organizational skills, while outbound customer satisfaction calls ensure we maintain a high standard of service. You'll also respond to customer emails and chats, confirming and rescheduling missed appointments.
Engaging with customers overdue for service and contacting them about marketing initiatives will further deepen relationships. Additionally, you'll log customer information to maintain a clean database, make outbound calls to internet leads for the sales department, and follow up with dealership visitors, all while taking on other duties as assigned. This diverse range of responsibilities makes this position both challenging and rewarding.
