Job description

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and maintaining positive relationships with them. You will work closely with team members to ensure that all client needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat channels
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with service departments and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and goals
