Are you a business-minded attorney who enjoys negotiating deals, solving complex problems, and partnering with leaders to move business forward?

Quinn Company, a top-performing Caterpillar dealership with more than 100 years of industry leadership is seeking an In-House Counsel, Contracts. to support our commercial operations. Reporting to the CFO, this role provides practical legal guidance on contracts, risk management, and insurance matters while working closely with senior leaders, operations teams, customers, and vendors.


Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $119,680 to $160,019


Your Impact

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including service, rental, vendor, and construction contracts

  • Advise leaders and operational teams on contract terms and risk mitigation

  • Support dispute resolution and coordinate with outside counsel when needed

  • Assist with contract management processes and supplier compliance

  • Support property and casualty insurance matters and risk management strategies


What You Bring

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school

  • Active state bar license in good standing

  • 5+ years of contract negotiation and transactional law experience

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills

  • Must be willing and able to work onsite.
