Job Description:
Job Duck is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Assistant to provide critical administrative and legal support to a busy real estate law practice.
In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping legal matters organized, ensuring schedules run smoothly, and maintaining effective communication with clients and legal professionals. You will manage important documentation, coordinate hearings and depositions, and support daily litigation-related operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, intellectually curious, and eager to learn, with a strong command of English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. • Compensation range: 1150 USD to 1220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain and update attorney calendars to ensure efficient time management.
  • Prepare, request, and manage Official Record document production.
  • Schedule depositions, hearings, meetings, and other legal appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within firm systems.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Assist with legal correspondence and administrative support tasks.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding case-related documentation and updates.
  • Organize, file, categorize, and maintain legal documents and case records.
  • Coordinate and manage litigation-related scheduling activities.
  • Support attorneys and legal staff with day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities
