Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are looking for a friendly and highly organized Bilingual Intake Specialist who enjoys helping people and creating positive first impressions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, managing incoming calls, gathering important information, and ensuring leads are accurately documented and routed to the appropriate team. You will play a key part in keeping the intake process efficient by following up with potential clients and coordinating appointments. The ideal candidate is empathetic, attentive, and an excellent communicator in both English and Spanish, with the ability to build trust and provide exceptional service during every interaction. Based on the source document, this role supports a high volume of daily calls and requires strong attention to detail and professionalism.
Compensation range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Transferring qualified leads to the appropriate department-in this case, the sales team
• Qualifying the lead based on internal firm criteria
• Gathering and entering all relevant lead information into the CRM
• Handling approximately 30 incoming calls per day
• Following up on potential leads from day before
• Adding all contacts to the CRM
• Setting up appointments for the sales team
