Technical Lead – Identity & Biometric Solutions

? Austin, TX (Hybrid: M/W/Th onsite) | ? 8–5 (flex) | ?? 15–20% travel

Role Overview

Client-facing Technical Lead responsible for solution design and implementation of complex systems. This is not a coding or PM role—it focuses on translating customer needs into scalable solutions and guiding engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Support presales, demos, and customer workshops
  • Provide estimates and ensure delivery quality
  • Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • 8+ years in software engineering / solution design
  • Strong in Java, .NET, APIs, databases
  • Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
Must Have
  • U.S. Citizen (or Dual Citizen) with valid passport
