As a Program Manager in our Work Services Department, you'll play a key role in helping participants grow personally and professionally. You'll provide hands-on support, encouragement, and supervision as individuals complete work tasks, participate in skill-building activities, and engage in community outings. You'll also ensure quality standards for GTI products and services and maintain simple caseload documentation.

What You'll Do:
Support individuals in reaching their employment and personal goals.
Lead engaging daily activities and community experiences.
Provide quality control for work completed within the program.
Encourage independence, confidence, and teamwork.
Maintain basic caseload paperwork and progress notes.
Position Details:
Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm)
Paid lunch breaks
Starting pay: $17.50–$19.50/hour

Responsibilities:
- Follow and uphold company policies and procedures
- Responsible for completing and staying current in all mandatory trainings
- Promote positive social interactions
- Support individuals in the community, in their job, or at their job (enclaves or facility based)
- Teach skills to expand a person's independence and progress toward goals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, follows all safety protocols
- Administer medications, support individuals with hygiene, and provide supervision in all settings
- Maintain a positive relationship and adequate communication with each client's home provide, CSM, parents, guardians, and other support
- Provide transportation with a company vehicle for work or community access
- Complete quality control, track client work totals, plan work schedules
- Maintains an advocacy role
- May be assigned to work in other departments or programs
- Any other duties assigned

Qualifications / Physical requirements:
- High school diploma and must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Must have a full range of motion, physical strength,
- Ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
- Basic computer usage/ knowledge
