Our DSP provides support to adults living with intellectual disabilities. While championing individuals to live their highest quality of life and maintaining excellence in person-centered supports and services.

We are financially-sound mission-driven promoting independence for adults living with intellectual and developmental disabilities through 'person-centered' supports and services. We are seeking caring and reliable professionals that help our individuals to live their best life.

The ideal candidate is compassionate about working with adults living with a disability, has a high school diploma or GED, related experience, basic computer skills and a current Virginia driver license.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available within 5 different Richmond, VA locations, which includes 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. work schedules.
