Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including hygiene and grooming assistance
- Assist with medication administration following established guidelines
- Support daily living activities to promote independence
- Help with mobility and movement to ensure safety, must be able to lift, transfer without restrictions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients' families
- Monitor safety to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Coordinate tasks and schedules within the care team
- Monitor health concerns
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in personal care or direct support
- High school diploma or equivalent
