DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour

Shifts Available:

  • Overnight Asleep- Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds: 9p-9a (40 hours)- $17/hr. flat rate. 
  • Overnight Asleep- Sun, Mon, Tues: 9p-7a (30 hours0 $17 /hr. flat rate. 
  • Overnight Asleep- Weds, Thurs: 9p-7a, Fri & Sat: 9p-9a (40 hours) $17/hr flat rate.

The Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
