Established in 2009, CASEY Construction Group, LLC's mission is to deliver trusted quality and distinguished service in drywall, floor leveling, and polished concrete, partnering with general contractors across the DC, Raleigh, and Richmond regions to build reliably, precisely, and with integrity.


Position Summary: The Drywall Superintendent will work closely with all members of the project team and supervise all field employees. The primary focus of the Superintendent will be to ensure that each job is completed safely, on time and on budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage commercial construction jobs
  • Ensuring all jobs follow safety standards
  • Create construction schedules and perform regular updates; make sure of quality and production
  • Coordinate jobsite logistics
  • Responsible for employee development by managing field foremen
  • Continuously work on developing excellent rapport with General Contractor and clients
  • Work alongside of Safety personnel to ensure all employees follow safety rules/regulations
  • Work with team to evaluate team's skill levels, training needs, performance management
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of of commercial drywall experience as a Superintendent
  • Ability to instruct on methods/materials to labor and project team
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and time management software
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Ability to lead people and develop strong team and customer relationships
    • Ability to multi-task and possess a strong work ethic
    • Ability to perform duties while wearing personal protection equipment (PPE), as required.
