Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Drywall Technician / Painter to join our team.
This role will primarily focus on drywall-related work, including repairs, patching, texture matching, skim coating, hanging, taping, and finishing. When drywall work is lighter, this team member will also support our painting crews with prep, masking, painting, and general project execution.

Role Breakdown
This position is expected to spend approximately:
- 50-75% Â Â Â Â Â of time performing drywall workÂ
- 25-50% Â Â Â Â Â of time supporting painting crews and related prep/finish workÂ
This may vary depending on project volume and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
Drywall Work
- Complete      drywall repairs ranging from small patches to larger wall and ceiling      repairsÂ
- Hang, Â Â Â Â Â tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall as neededÂ
- Match      and blend textures when applicableÂ
- Perform      skim coating and surface smoothingÂ
- Identify      drywall or substrate issues before work beginsÂ
- Prepare      repaired areas so they are fully ready for paintÂ
- Maintain      a high level of cleanliness and detail during drywall workÂ
Painting Support
- Assist      painting crews with prep, masking, sanding, caulking, priming, and finish      workÂ
- Brush, Â Â Â Â Â roll, and spray as needed depending on project requirementsÂ
- Help      maintain production efficiency and quality on painting jobsÂ
- Support      jobsite setup, cleanup, and protection of client propertyÂ
Project Execution
- Follow      scopes of work and direction from Crew Leads and Field SupervisorÂ
- Arrive      prepared with the tools, materials, and equipment needed for the dayÂ
- Work      efficiently while maintaining premium workmanshipÂ
- Communicate      any scope changes, damage, or concerns to leadership promptlyÂ
- Help      ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standardsÂ
 Customer Experience
- Represent      the company professionally on all jobsitesÂ
- Be      respectful, courteous, and professional with clients and occupantsÂ
- Maintain      a clean appearance and organized work areaÂ
- Help      create a smooth, low-stress experience for the customerÂ
 Safety & Accountability
- Follow      all company safety policies and jobsite expectationsÂ
- Properly      use PPE, ladders, tools, and equipmentÂ
- Help      maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environmentÂ
- Report      any incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions immediatelyÂ
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ Â Â Â Â Â years of drywall experience preferredÂ
- Experience with:Â
- patching      Â

- Painting experience strongly preferredÂ
- Strong attention to detail and clean finish workÂ
- Ability to work independently and with a teamÂ
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferredÂ
- Comfortable working on ladders and in active jobsitesÂ
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipmentÂ
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusÂ
