What You'll Do:
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between ODU and the Contractor and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and managing all activities associated with the implementation and support of the AI-driven Enterprise Website Search and Personalization Solution.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Lead project planning and execution.
  • Manage schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and status reporting.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across technical and business teams.
  • Manage change requests and communications.
  • Ensure successful delivery of training, deployment, and support activities.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years managing enterprise digital experience, search, CMS, or web modernization initiatives.
  • Experience working with higher education or public sector organizations preferred.
  • PMP certification
