Type: Full Time Location: Fort Worth, Texas Overtime Exempt: No Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable client specific adjudication ***************CONTINGEBT UPON AWARD******************** Visitor Control HSPD 12 Specialist perform identity proofing, enrollment, credential issuance/activation, and visitor processing. Maintain logs and meet timeliness/accuracy thresholds. Duties & Responsibilities: * Visitor Control - HSPD-12 Specialist will process access requests and PIV badges; serve as Registrar and Issuer/Activator.

Verify individual identities and issue badges within 15 minutes maintaining timeliness and accuracy standards. Visitor Control - HSPD-12 Specialist will maintain detailed records and manage badge inventory. * Maintain detailed records, manage badge inventory, and generate reports.

Visitor Control - HSPD-12 Specialist will operate and maintain access control and visitor management systems, including USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and EasyLobby, to ensure accurate credential issuance and visitor processing. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable client specific adjudication Ability to efficiently use and learn access control and visitor management systems, including USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and EasyLobby, supported by intermediate computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum/General Experience: Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable client specific adjudication. Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred. Must have 5+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
