ResponsibilitiesHow will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
- Maintains confidential drug and alcohol program records in order to meet DOT and FAA requirements
- Receive, review and update daily drug/alcohol test result records for DOT and Company Testing programs
- Support D&A Program Analyst in review and update of test records for the Non DOT Random Drug Testing Program
- Provide Pre-employment clearances to Talent Services and field managers
- Complete requests from other companies for drug/alcohol records on former employees
- Verify/add testing records in the Drug & Alcohol system
- Prepare follow-up items with regard to affidavits and certificates of corrections to collection vendor
- Set up and manage third party vendors for recruitment and hiring managers for pre-employment screens
- Review/verify invoices and prepare for Manager's approval
- Perform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits and prepare reports for regular internal audits
- Prepare audit reports for annual FAA inspections
- Interact with HROS, clinic staff, field managers, supervisors and third party vendors

Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an administrative/clerical role in an office environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills; a driven self-starter
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with candidates, employees, managers and other stakeholders
- Must possess the ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business
- Ability to interpret and explain complex legal and/or regulatory terminology
- Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data
- Knowledge of Windows Office software applications, Word, PowerPoint and Excel with vlookup and formula proficiency
- College degree and/or courses in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant areas preferred
- Certifications in Compliance or Drug and Alcohol Programs desired preferred
- Working knowledge of DARMA and SAP is preferred
- Previous experience with Drug/Alcohol programs, Compliance, or Human Resources experience is a plus
- Working experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information preferred
